From our initial sales contact Chad, to the "faceless" (but WONDERFUL) voices of Shelly and Emily in the office, to our installers, Justin and Ben, our whole experience was superb! All were experts and Justin and Ben were work animals for the better part of two days. Over the course of a year, these guys do a lot of bathrooms in a big geographical area! You want quality? Look no further!! For the ex-military out there, these are the people you want in your foxhole.... DEPENDABLE!
