After shopping around and getting multiple estimates including extensive work in trying to piecemeal our bathroom remodel project ourselves, Mitchell came to the rescue. We wanted to remodel our guest bathroom but didn’t want to spend on outrageous amount of money. However the more we shopped for quality, of course the higher the total cost became. When we contacted bath planet they sent Mitchell out and he had the complete package. He was very very knowledgeable, understanding of our needs, and really understands what goes into remodeling a bathroom. We consulted multiple general contractors, plumbers, and bathroom remodelers but after their visit to our home that job seemed to get bigger and much more expensive Without much resolution on any of the variables like what kind of sink, commode, tub, colors, texture, etc. Mitchell had the one stop shopping answer to all of our problems at a reasonable price. While we got other estimates of similar quality For similar products which we had to identify, not only did he present us with many choices for each element, but his pricing sealed the deal. Out of the seven other consultations and estimates we did, he had A wide range of choices for the fixtures flooring and walls, along with samples, a wide range in choices of material, patterns, and colors. It has been almost 3 weeks since we had our tub replaced with a shower by Bath Planet. We were told it would take 6 to 8 weeks to get the work done and would take a day to complete. It was 6 weeks when we got the call that it would be done. The workers were very courteous and friendly and were done in less than 6 hours. Everything was done as promised and we are extremely pleased with the results.
We moved into a house in the Highlands Ranch area and quickly found out that the master bathroom wasn't that functional. Shower was to small, had no storage just wasn't what we wanted. Contacted several contractors for remodeling and none of them compared to what BathPlanet had to offer. So many option we spent hours picking and choosing and the end result was beyond what we imagined. Installers were professional and friendly. We now enjoy our newly renovated master bathroom. Will be using them again to redo the remaining two. Thank you BathPlanet.
Could not be more pleased with our project from start (design) to completion. Very competent and professional. Open to our questions and always willing to give answers and suggestions all through the project. Willing to discuss problems or concerns as they appeared through the project and fixed them without complaint as they would have repaired in their own home. Courteous, respectful and professional by all employees involved in our project. In the expected week it took to complete, each appeared as promised and worked very hard each day most beyond eight hours. Very neat in their work and cleaned up each evening. Very pleased with Bath Planet Omaha and now enjoying our bathrooms. Would recommend and would also rate the employees, business and product 5+++.
I just love my walk in tub, my whole bathroom make over was great. The guys were great they did a wonderful job. They kept things clean as they worked and didn't leave any mess behind. I look forward to using my tub everyday. I would highly recommend this to anyone. You will simply love it!
I lived in this place with a cheap, kit bathtub/shower combo for almost five years that didn't even have a slope or rim on the back and was so uncomfortable I couldn't even stay in it. I got several estimates a couple of years ago and they were so expensive and the time line was weeks at best, that I gave up on it, including BathPlanet because the rep at the time said there was no way for me to try out a tub and I didn't want to end up with something else that was not usable. This time, the rep was Mitchell Gearhart, and he gave me the option to go up to Denver and "test drive" a tub, which sealed the deal. In December, Carlos the plumber came out with the kit and indeed, got it done in 12 very long hours and it was a fascinating procedure to watch. He was extremely patient and competent and came back in a week to check for leaks, etc. and I had my first soak and read the second day. It is beautiful, deep and comfortable and the fixtures are lovely. The BP staff was great to work with and did everything in a timely manner. I would never have survived a long process of having people working here and this was the perfect solution. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner.
Just want to pass along the great experience we had. We had top notch service from start to finish. The folks we dealt with were all very helpful and professional, answered all our concerns, gave us a great price, and the work that Jake Simon and his co-worker did was great. They were at the house when they said they would be, worked quickly, kept the area clean, even as they were working. They answered all my nosey questions throughout the project and consulted us if they needed to change anything. And they completed the project in 4 days!! It is a small bathroom but they made it into a beautiful room that will exceed our needs well into our later years. NO GROUT to keep clean! I have shown off the work to many neighbors and highly recommended your company to everyone who will listen. Hope to send projects your way here in Denver. I have tons of family in Lincoln/Omaha so I have been spreading the word there too. Thanks so much for giving us the kind of service and materials we expect but seldom find.
